Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive B2B sales growth within the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, developing new business opportunities, and expanding the company’s presence across manufacturing and industrial sectors.

The ideal candidate should possess strong direct sales experience, leadership capabilities, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Drive B2B sales and achieve revenue targets within the assigned region.
Identify and acquire new business opportunities across manufacturing and industrial sectors.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new contracts.
Promote and position the company’s textile service solutions to prospective clients.
Customer Acquisition
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Generate new business through direct sales activities and market penetration strategies.
Team Management
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of young sales professionals.
Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
Provide coaching, guidance, and career development support to team members.
Conduct regular sales reviews and performance discussions.
Client Relationship Management
Establish long-term relationships with customers.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
Market Intelligence
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Provide market feedback and business insights to management.
Identify growth opportunities within the territory.
Reporting & Planning
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business updates.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Participate in strategic planning and territory development initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline.
Experience
3 to 6 years of experience in B2B Direct Sales.
Experience in industrial, manufacturing, textile services, facility services, or related industries preferred.
Mandatory Requirements
Strong experience in Direct B2B Sales.
Should not be primarily dependent on channel partners or distributors.
Proven experience in managing and leading a sales team.
Experience handling employee performance and development.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong customer acquisition and relationship management abilities.
