Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Current Account Relationship Manager to drive current account acquisition and deepen relationships with existing corporate and business banking customers. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales and relationship management skills, a good understanding of local markets, and experience in banking liabilities acquisition.
This role involves sourcing new customers, managing existing relationships, achieving monthly sales targets, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations and customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Current Account Acquisition
Identify and acquire prospective customers for Current Accounts.
Generate new business opportunities through market mapping and networking activities.
Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition within the assigned territory.
Relationship Management
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing Current Account holders and corporate clients.
Increase the depth and profitability of customer relationships through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Maintain regular engagement with key customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Sales & Business Development
Achieve monthly sales and acquisition targets assigned by the organization.
Conduct business development and market enhancement activities within corporate and business communities.
Build a strong pipeline of potential customers and business opportunities.
Customer Service
Deliver exceptional customer service and timely resolution of customer concerns.
Ensure a seamless customer onboarding and relationship management experience.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer banking requirements.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure compliance with KYC, RBI, SEBI, and other applicable banking regulations.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Adhere to all internal banking policies and procedures.
CRM & Reporting
Record and track all customer interactions and engagement activities through the CRM system.
Maintain accurate sales and customer activity reports.
Provide regular updates on sales performance and business opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Graduate Degree (Mandatory)
Experience
Minimum 1+ year of experience in Current Account Acquisition within the Banking Industry.
