Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive / Sales Officer to drive sales growth for Food Processing Machineries and Conveyor Systems (OEM Sales) within assigned territories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, managing customer relationships, preparing quotations, handling after-sales support, and achieving sales targets.

This role requires extensive travel, strong customer engagement skills, and the ability to build long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Achieve target-based sales turnover in the assigned territory.
Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
Generate leads and arrange customer visits to promote company products and solutions.
Develop and expand business opportunities within the OEM and industrial sectors.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Conduct regular customer follow-ups to convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
Quotations & Proposal Management
Prepare quotations and commercial proposals based on customer specifications.
Create customer presentations and reports using data collected during client interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate technical and commercial submissions.
Order Follow-up & Closure
Track sales opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Follow up consistently with prospects to secure orders.
Negotiate commercial terms and facilitate order closure.
After-Sales Support
Handle customer complaints, service requests, and technical queries.
Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and service support activities.
Keep customers informed about product updates, upgrades, and improvements.
Ensure timely resolution of after-sales issues.
Market Intelligence
Gather information about market trends, competitors, customer requirements, and industry developments.
Provide regular feedback and market insights to management.
Identify new opportunities for business growth.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with production, service, and other departments to achieve regional sales goals.
Support organizational initiatives and maintain company standards.
Contribute to achieving overall business objectives.
Reporting & Documentation
Submit daily sales activity reports to the Reporting Manager.
Track sales performance and highlight deviations from targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
