Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Territory Sales Manager to drive education sales and expand our presence across Salem and Tirunelveli regions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in school book sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for the education sector.

This role requires an individual who can effectively engage with schools, educators, and channel partners while achieving sales targets and promoting educational products.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Drive sales growth within the assigned territory.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Develop strategies to increase product adoption in schools.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with:
School Principals
Teachers
Educational Institutions
Dealers and Distributors
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable educational solutions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Product Demonstration & Promotion
Conduct effective book demonstrations and presentations for schools and educational stakeholders.
Showcase product features, benefits, and educational value.
Organize promotional activities to enhance product visibility and awareness.
Territory Management
Plan and execute regular school visits within the assigned region.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Provide market intelligence and recommendations to management.
Reporting & Administration
Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
Prepare and submit periodic sales and activity reports.
Track opportunities and manage the sales pipeline effectively.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in School Book Sales
