Job Title: Sales Development Executive (SDE)
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound lead generation, prospect engagement, lead qualification, and supporting the sales pipeline by identifying and connecting with potential customers across various market segments.
As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you will play a key role in driving business growth through effective communication, relationship building, and sales development activities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify target accounts and potential customers through market research and segmentation.
Research companies, industries, and decision-makers to generate qualified leads.
Conduct field visits to identify and engage potential customers.
Customer Outreach
Contact prospective customers through phone calls, emails, social media platforms, and direct visits.
Present company offerings and understand customer requirements.
Build interest and generate opportunities for the sales team.
Lead Qualification
Evaluate prospects based on business needs, budget, authority, and purchase intent.
Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, or sales discussions with qualified prospects.
Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to the sales team.
CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Update lead status, follow-up schedules, and opportunity details regularly.
Generate reports on lead generation and sales development activities.
Relationship Management
Follow up with prospects and maintain engagement throughout the sales cycle.
Build long-term professional relationships with potential clients.
Provide timely responses to customer queries and concerns.
