Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to promote and sell Personal Loan products. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with fieldwork, customer interaction, and achieving sales targets.
Candidates must possess a two-wheeler for daily field visits and customer meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and identify potential customers for personal loan products.
Conduct field visits to meet prospective customers.
Explain loan products, features, eligibility criteria, and benefits.
Assist customers throughout the loan application process.
Collect and verify required documentation.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful loan disbursements.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
10th Pass / 12th Pass
Experience
Freshers can apply.
Up to 1 year of sales experience preferred.
Mandatory Requirements
Two-wheeler is compulsory.
Valid Driving License preferred.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
