Job Summary

We are looking for a Relationship Sales Manager to drive insurance sales through bank partnerships. The role involves building strong customer relationships, identifying insurance opportunities among bank customers, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Generate insurance business through assigned bank branches.
Build and maintain relationships with bank staff and customers.
Identify customer financial protection and investment needs.
Promote and sell suitable insurance products.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and policy discussions.
Provide after-sales service and support.
Train and motivate bank staff on insurance products and sales processes.
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in sales, relationship management, or insurance sales preferred.
Knowledge of insurance products and industry trends.
Ability to work collaboratively with bank teams.
