Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell medical equipment and devices to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
Build and maintain relationships with doctors, biomedical engineers, purchase departments, and hospital management.
Identify new business opportunities and develop key accounts.
Conduct product demonstrations, clinical presentations, and training sessions.
Execute territory sales plans and achieve revenue targets.
Manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions through CRM systems.
Participate in medical exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer requirements.
Prepare sales reports and provide updates to the Sales Manager.
Support junior sales team members and assist in product education.

Eligibility
Experienced Candidates (1–5 Years)
Experience in medical device/equipment sales.
Exposure to ICU, OT, Critical Care, or hospital equipment sales preferred.
Knowledge of hospital procurement and sales cycles.
CRM and sales funnel management experience.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Freshers
Biomedical Engineering or related healthcare graduates.
Interest in medical sales, technical support, or customer service.
Willingness to undergo product training and work in a target-driven environment.
