Current Account Relationship Manager (Branch Banking – Liabilities)
Salary

💰 CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA

Eligibility
Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)
Two-Wheeler (Mandatory)
Minimum 1 year of experience in Current Account acquisition with a bank
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Acquire new Current Account customers.
Identify prospective corporate and business clients.
Generate leads through networking and market activities.
Conduct market development initiatives within corporate segments.
Relationship Management
Manage and deepen relationships with existing Current Account and corporate customers.
Cross-sell banking products where applicable.
Maintain long-term customer engagement.
Sales & Target Achievement
Achieve monthly acquisition and business targets.
Track sales performance and customer interactions.
Ensure regular follow-up with prospects and customers.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure compliance with KYC regulations.
Follow applicable financial services regulations and policies.
Maintain accurate CRM records and customer documentation.

Candidate Profile
Graduate with 1+ years of banking sales experience.
Experience in Current Account acquisition is mandatory.
Strong understanding of local market geography.
Good networking within the local business community.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.
Ability to prepare and deliver business presentations effectively.
