Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales
Welcome and assist customers professionally.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Answer product-related questions.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Build positive customer relationships.
Sales Operations
Process sales transactions accurately.
Handle billing and payments.
Maintain customer records and sales reports.
Follow up with existing and potential customers.
Store Management
Restock shelves and arrange displays.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
Monitor product availability.
Support inventory-related activities.
Customer Support
Resolve customer complaints professionally.
Ensure a smooth shopping experience.
Coordinate with team members to achieve store goals.
