Broadband Champion / Sales Executive – Broadband Services
Job Summary
As a Broadband Champion / Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new broadband connections by promoting and selling broadband services to residential and commercial customers within your assigned territory. This is a field-sales role focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation
Identify potential residential and business customers.
Generate leads through field visits and local networking.
Conduct door-to-door sales activities.
Explain broadband plans, offers, and benefits to customers.
Convert prospects into active broadband subscribers.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle customer queries and provide suitable solutions.
Ensure customer satisfaction and support retention efforts.
Territory Development
Execute local marketing and promotional activities.
Increase brand visibility within the assigned area.
Monitor market opportunities and competitor activities.
Target Achievement
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain daily sales activity reports.
Track leads, conversions, and customer feedback.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Any Degree / Diploma / 12th Pass (depending on company requirements).
Experience
Freshers can apply.
Prior experience in:
Field Sales
Direct Sales
Telecom Sales
Customer Service
Broadband/Fiber Sales
is preferred.
Mandatory Requirements
Valid Driving License.
Two-wheeler preferred for field travel.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
