Job Overview
The company is seeking a Graduate Male Candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Flat, Apartment, or Villa Sales. The role focuses on property sales, client acquisition, relationship management, and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Promote and sell flats, apartments, and villas.
Generate new leads and convert prospects into customers.
Conduct property presentations and site visits.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Provide end-to-end support throughout the buying process.
Negotiation & Deal Closure
