Accounts & Admin Executive – Madurai
Position Overview
The company is hiring an Accounts & Admin Executive to manage accounting operations, client/vendor coordination, and office administration. Both freshers and experienced candidates are eligible to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance
Prepare and maintain:
Estimates/Quotations
Invoices
Accounting records
Record financial transactions accurately in Zoho Books.
Maintain up-to-date financial records.
Assist management with financial reports and updates.
Client & Vendor Coordination
Follow up with clients regarding payments and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors for invoices, payments, and operational requirements.
Handle communications professionally and patiently.
Administration
Supervise office assistant and housekeeping staff.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Maintain proper office administration and documentation.
Support management with administrative activities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in:
Accounting
Commerce (B.Com)
Business Administration (BBA)
Related disciplines
Strong understanding of accounting principles.
Knowledge of Zoho Books (or willingness to learn quickly).
Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Strong organizational and management abilities.
Ability to multitask and work responsibly.
