Front Office / Receptionist / Office Administrator – Job Summary

Gender: Female Only
Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: In-person
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors professionally.
Manage telephone calls, messages, and email correspondence.
Handle queries and complaints from customers and visitors.
Schedule and manage meeting room availability.
Receive, sort, distribute, and dispatch incoming/outgoing mail.
Prepare vouchers and maintain office records.
Perform administrative tasks such as printing, photocopying, scanning, and filing.
Record and track office expenses.
Coordinate travel arrangements and event planning.
Maintain office inventory (stationery, furniture, equipment, etc.).
Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping service providers.
Support HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee exit formalities.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards in the reception area.
