Develop and improve administrative processes and systems.
Team Management
Supervise and coordinate administrative staff.
Allocate tasks and monitor performance.
Ensure timely completion of administrative activities.
Facilities & Infrastructure
Manage facilities and infrastructure requirements.
Coordinate maintenance activities.
Oversee procurement of office and factory supplies.
Campus Management
Security management
Safety compliance
Waste management
Water management
General facility upkeep
Executive Support
Provide administrative support to senior management.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office calendars.
Prepare reports and documentation.
