Job Summary – Executive (Program Offices) | RV University, Bengaluru
Position: Executive (Program Offices)

Experience Required: 2–5 years
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)

Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Dean and academic department.
Coordinate academic activities, schedules, meetings, and documentation.
Support students and faculty with operational and administrative requirements.
Maintain records, databases, reports, and departmental documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Assist in organizing events, workshops, seminars, and academic programs.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with ERP or university management systems.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative academic environment.
Preferred Profile
Experience in academic administration, executive support, or university operations.
Prior exposure to higher education institutions is an advantage.
Strong coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
