Key Responsibilities
Administration & Operations
Independently manage overall administration activities
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
Handle travel, accommodation, inventory, and contract administration
Facilities Management
Manage office infrastructure, utilities, maintenance, safety, and security
Supervise office fit-outs, refurbishment, and new office setup projects
Oversee housekeeping, pantry, parking, reprographics, and preventive maintenance services
Vendor & Contract Management
Develop and manage vendor relationships
Conduct vendor evaluations, negotiations, and contract finalization
Ensure cost-effective and quality service delivery
Team Leadership
Lead and supervise administration staff
Plan, organize, and monitor team performance
Mentor and support junior team members
Transport & Logistics
Manage company-owned vehicles
Coordinate employee transportation requirements
Events & Institutional Support
Organize conferences, seminars, annual events, and institutional programs
Support academic, research, training, and operational activities
Compliance & Liaison
Liaise with government departments and statutory authorities
