Key Responsibilities
Front Office Management
Welcome visitors, clients, and job applicants.
Handle incoming calls and direct them to appropriate departments.
Manage conference room bookings.
Coordinate conference call arrangements.
Administrative Operations
Maintain office appearance and facilities.
Manage courier dispatches and incoming mail.
Track and file important office records.
Maintain supplier and service provider databases.
Assist in office infrastructure and facility-related requirements.
Finance & Documentation Support
Record incoming invoices and obtain approvals.
Coordinate with the Finance Department.
Support sales and purchase ledger entries.
Maintain petty cash records.
Perform monthly cash count reconciliation.
General Administration
Provide administrative support to departments.
Conduct research and data collection when required.
Coordinate with the Office Manager on facility-related activities.
