Key Responsibilities
Office Operations
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures.
Streamline office systems and workflows.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Facilities Management
Coordinate with building management.
Oversee office maintenance activities.
Manage housekeeping and office service providers.
Inventory & Procurement
Monitor office supplies inventory.
Manage office purchases and expenses.
Coordinate snack replenishment and pantry management.
Logistics & Administration
Handle courier, shipping, and receiving activities.
Manage office documentation and administrative records.
Coordinate office lunches and employee support activities.
Employee Support
Interact regularly with employees to gather feedback.
Ensure a comfortable and productive work environment.
Support employee engagement initiatives.
Travel & Accommodation
Arrange travel and accommodation for employees, partners, and clients.
Coordinate bookings and logistics.
Scheduling & Coordination
Assist with meeting schedules.
Coordinate internal administrative projects.
Support leadership and teams with operational requirements.
