Role Summary

The Technical Service Engineer will support customers using electroplating and surface-finishing chemicals by providing installation, troubleshooting, process optimization, technical guidance, and training.

The role involves frequent interaction with customer manufacturing facilities and requires strong technical and problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Support
Install and implement chemical processes at customer sites.
Monitor process parameters and performance.
Troubleshoot operational and process-related issues.
Recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Process Optimization
Conduct regular process reviews.
Analyze plating performance and quality.
Optimize chemical consumption and productivity.
Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
Customer Training
Train customer personnel on:
Electroplating processes
Chemical handling
Process control
Best practices and safety standards
Process Trials
Plan and execute customer trials.
Validate process performance.
Document and present trial results.
Business Intelligence
Monitor customer requirements and trends.
Gather market and competitor information.
Identify opportunities for new products and solutions.
Customer Relationship Management
Provide on-site technical assistance.
Resolve customer complaints and technical concerns.
Build long-term customer relationships.
