Job Overview

The organization is looking for a Mechanical CAD Trainer / Faculty to train students on mechanical design software and oversee academic activities at the training center. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of major mechanical CAD/CAM software and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Key Responsibilities
Training & Teaching
Conduct lectures according to the scheduled timetable.
Deliver practical and theoretical training on mechanical design software.
Ensure completion of the syllabus within the stipulated timeline.
Conduct interactive classroom and lab sessions.
Student Development
Assign daily tasks, projects, and journal work.
Monitor student progress and performance.
Prepare and send student progress reports on time.
Motivate students to participate in national-level certification and competitive examinations.
Faculty Development
Train and mentor junior faculty members on advanced software modules.
Support skill enhancement and technical upgradation of teaching staff.
Conduct seminars and technical presentations on assigned topics.
Center Operations
Assist in managing the overall operations of the training center.
Coordinate academic schedules and training activities.
Maintain training quality and student satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
Education
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
Experience
1–2 Years of Experience in CAD Training, Design, or Teaching.
