Job Overview

GSH Utilities Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Electrical Technicians to support the operation and maintenance of a 42 TPH Coal-Fired AFBC Boiler Plant at Apollo Tyres, Kerala. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Educational Qualification
Diploma in Electrical Engineering / EEE
ITI Electrician / Wireman
B.E. Electrical / EEE
Key Responsibilities
Boiler & Plant Operations
Support Boiler Technicians in the safe and efficient operation of the 42 TPH AFBC Boiler.
Assist during plant startup and shutdown activities.
Ensure smooth functioning of utility systems.
Equipment Operation & Maintenance
Operate and maintain:
Air Compressors
Ash Handling Systems
ESP (Electrostatic Precipitator)
Electrical Motors
ESP Transformers
Preventive Maintenance
Perform Preventive Maintenance (PPM) of Electrical and Instrumentation systems.
Inspect plant equipment regularly to minimize breakdowns.
Participate in annual shutdown maintenance activities.
Monitoring & Documentation
Monitor plant operating parameters.
Maintain daily log sheets and operational records.
Report breakdowns, abnormalities, and incidents promptly.
Safety & Compliance
Follow electrical safety procedures and company regulations.
Support inspection and maintenance activities while ensuring safe work practices.
