Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled TIG Welder to join our fabrication and manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in TIG welding, a strong understanding of welding materials and techniques, and the ability to produce high-quality welds as per specifications. Candidates should possess excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Educational Qualification
Diploma (Preferred)
ITI Welder / Fitter or relevant technical qualification preferred
Experience
Experience in TIG Welding preferred
Freshers with strong welding knowledge may also be considered
Key Responsibilities
TIG Welding Operations
Perform TIG welding on various metal components and assemblies.
Ensure weld quality, precision, and adherence to technical specifications.
Prepare materials and surfaces for welding activities.
Equipment Handling
Operate and maintain TIG welding machines and related equipment.
Inspect welding tools regularly and report maintenance requirements.
Ensure proper setup of welding parameters for different materials.
Blueprint & Drawing Interpretation
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and fabrication specifications.
Follow welding procedures and quality standards accurately.
Quality Assurance
Inspect completed welds for strength, appearance, and dimensional accuracy.
Identify and correct welding defects where necessary.
Maintain consistency in workmanship and product quality.
Safety Compliance
Follow all welding safety procedures and workplace regulations.
Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
