Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Welders to join our fabrication and manufacturing team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and exposure to TIG/MIG welding processes, particularly on stainless steel and aluminium materials. Freshers with a strong interest in welding and fabrication are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Welding Operations
Perform TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel, aluminium, and sheet metal components.
Ensure weld quality meets production and quality standards.
Follow welding procedures and specifications accurately.
Fabrication Support
Assist in sheet metal fabrication and assembly activities.
Prepare materials and components before welding.
Support fitting, grinding, finishing, and fabrication tasks as required.
Blueprint & Drawing Interpretation
Read and understand basic engineering drawings and fabrication layouts.
Follow measurements and specifications during fabrication and welding processes.
Quality Assurance
Inspect welded joints for quality, strength, and dimensional accuracy.
Identify and correct welding defects when required.
Maintain high standards of workmanship.
Equipment Maintenance & Safety
Maintain welding machines, tools, and equipment in good working condition.
Follow workplace safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
Keep the work area clean and organized.
