Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Machine Assembly Technician/Fitter to join our team in Thudiyalur, Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have experience in machine assembly, fitting works, installation, and servicing of industrial machinery. The role requires technical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Key Responsibilities
Machine Assembly
Assemble machinery and equipment according to technical specifications and drawings.
Install mechanical components and ensure proper alignment and functioning.
Support machine testing and commissioning activities.
Fitting Works
Perform fitting and assembly of machine parts and components.
Use hand tools, measuring instruments, and workshop equipment effectively.
Ensure precision and quality in all fitting operations.
Service & Maintenance
Carry out servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of machinery.
Diagnose mechanical issues and assist in repairs.
Perform preventive maintenance to improve machine performance and reliability.
Inspection & Quality Control
Inspect assembled machines and components for quality and accuracy.
Ensure all work meets company standards and customer requirements.
Report technical issues and recommend corrective actions.
Safety & Compliance
Follow workplace safety regulations and operational procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
Ensure proper handling of tools and machinery.
