Job Summary
A leading machine manufacturing company located in Peenya, Bengaluru, is seeking experienced Fitters to oversee and support the manufacturing of machined components. The ideal candidate should be capable of interpreting engineering drawings, coordinating stage-wise production activities, and ensuring quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing & Production
Supervise and execute manufacturing activities related to machined parts.
Ensure components are manufactured according to technical specifications.
Monitor production processes and maintain quality standards.
Drawing Interpretation
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
Follow dimensional and manufacturing requirements accurately.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure correct implementation of drawings.
Process Monitoring
Track manufacturing progress stage-wise from raw material to finished component.
Identify production issues and coordinate corrective actions.
Ensure timely completion of assigned manufacturing tasks.
Quality & Compliance
Verify dimensions, tolerances, and quality of manufactured parts.
Follow company quality standards and production procedures.
Maintain workplace safety and operational discipline.
Coordination
Work closely with machine operators, supervisors, and quality teams.
Support production planning and process improvements.
Report manufacturing status and challenges to management.

Candidate Requirements
