Job Summary

Achievers Spot is hiring Medical Coders for its Chennai office. Medical Coding is the process of translating patient healthcare information, diagnoses, treatments, procedures, and medical services into standardized alphanumeric codes used for medical billing, insurance claims, and healthcare documentation. This role is ideal for Life Science, Paramedical, Allied Health Science, and Healthcare graduates looking to build a career in the healthcare IT industry.

Key Responsibilities
Review patient medical records and healthcare documentation.
Assign accurate medical codes for diagnoses, procedures, and treatments.
Interpret medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and clinical documentation.
Ensure compliance with coding standards and healthcare regulations.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of patient information.
Meet quality and productivity targets established by the organization.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve coding-related queries.
