Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze medical records and clinical documentation.
Assign appropriate medical codes for diagnoses, treatments, and procedures.
Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Interpret medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology information effectively.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of patient records.
Meet productivity and quality benchmarks established by the organization.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve coding-related issues.
Candidate Requirements
Good Communication Skills.
Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
Knowledge of Medical Terminology, Anatomy, and Physiology.

Flexibility to work in rotational shifts whenever required.
