Job Summary

We are urgently hiring Retail Pharmacists to manage pharmacy operations, ensure excellent customer service, maintain inventory accuracy, and support business growth through sales and healthcare services. The ideal candidate should possess strong pharmaceutical knowledge, customer-handling skills, and the ability to manage retail pharmacy operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Performance & Sales
Achieve daily sales targets across prescription medicines, private label products, generic medicines, and high-margin categories.
Drive diagnostic service sales and customer engagement.
Conduct prescription reminder calls and follow up with dormant, lapsed, and high-value customers.
Review customer commitments and ensure timely order fulfillment and deliveries.
Omnichannel Order Management
Process all omnichannel orders with zero pushback.
Maintain 100% Turnaround Time (TAT) compliance for online and offline orders.
Coordinate order fulfillment efficiently across multiple sales channels.
Customer Service & Patient Experience
Greet customers professionally and courteously.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate pharmaceutical solutions.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service.
Support home delivery operations as per company policies and business requirements.
Inventory Management & Accuracy
Perform daily inventory inwarding with 100% accuracy.
Ensure proper storage and SKU-location mapping of products.
Identify and segregate expired, near-expiry, and non-moving inventory.
Record and manage bounced or returned items in the system.
Conduct daily physical stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
Compliance & Banking Operations
Maintain duplicate invoices and cold-chain temperature records as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Regularize manual bills within the system.
Process sales returns with required approvals.
Prepare Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and cash ledger reports during shift handovers.
Monitor and respond to pharmacy-related emails promptly.
Store Operations & Visual Merchandising
Ensure pharmacy cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
Coordinate with housekeeping staff for regular upkeep of the store.
Organize shelves and racks according to visual merchandising guidelines.
Display promotional products, offers, and discount tags appropriately.
Marketing & Promotional Activities
Implement in-store marketing campaigns and promotional displays.
Participate in health camps, awareness programs, and door-to-door promotional activities.
Educate customers about ongoing offers, diagnostic services, and home delivery facilities.
Support customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
Required Qualifications
D.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Pharm (Preferred)
Valid Registered Pharmacist License (Preferred)
Experience in Retail Pharmacy Operations is an advantage.
