Key Responsibilities
Patient Care
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients while ensuring safety, comfort, and satisfaction.
Monitor patient conditions and report significant changes to the medical team.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Assist physicians and healthcare professionals during medical procedures.
Emergency Care
Assess and treat emergency injuries and medical conditions promptly.
Provide immediate nursing interventions during emergencies.
Ensure appropriate documentation and communication during critical situations.
Health & Safety Management
Identify workplace hazards and recommend preventive measures.
Support the implementation of hospital health and safety programs.
Participate in infection-control and patient-safety initiatives.
Documentation & Record Management
Maintain accurate records of patient illnesses, injuries, treatments, and nursing interventions.
Ensure compliance with hospital documentation standards and regulatory requirements.
Protect patient confidentiality and data security.
Staff Development & Teamwork
Assist in the training and development of nursing and support staff.
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Risk Management
