Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze patient medical records and clinical documentation.
Assign accurate medical codes using coding standards and guidelines.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and coding requirements.
Maintain coding accuracy for diagnoses, procedures, and treatments.
Support healthcare billing and insurance claim processes.
Follow documentation standards and coding compliance protocols.
Stay updated with coding regulations and industry best practices.
Required Knowledge & Skills
Good understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent English communication skills.

Basic knowledge or willingness to learn:

UHDS (Uniform Hospital Discharge Data Set) Guidelines
