Key Responsibilities
Review patient medical records and clinical documentation.
Convert diagnoses, treatments, and procedures into standardized medical codes.
Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Work closely with healthcare documentation and coding guidelines.
Support billing and insurance claim processes through accurate coding.

Fresher Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
