Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer Lead with strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, AWS, and enterprise application development. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, deployment, and support of scalable web applications and API-based systems while mentoring team members and driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Full Stack Development
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications.
Build scalable frontend applications using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Develop robust backend services and APIs using Node.js.
Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
Technical Leadership
Lead development initiatives and provide technical guidance to development teams.
Participate in architecture discussions and solution design.
Mentor junior developers and promote development best practices.
Review code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards.
API & Integration Development
Design and develop RESTful and API-based systems.
Implement integration solutions following industry best practices.
Support enhancements and development of user stories and business requirements.
Database Development
Work with relational databases and optimize database performance.
Develop and maintain database structures and queries using:
PostgreSQL
PL/SQL
Application Support & Maintenance
Handle incident management, service requests, and production support activities.
Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
Monitor application health and performance.
Security & Compliance
Identify and remediate application vulnerabilities.
Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards.
Drive continuous quality and security improvements.
Agile Delivery
Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
Manage assigned tasks and timelines with minimal supervision.
