Junior Accountant / Senior Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountants and Senior Accountants to join our growing accounting and outsourcing team. The ideal candidates should have knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and accounting software. Experience with Australian accounting platforms and tax software will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain accurate accounting records and financial transactions.
Perform bookkeeping activities and ledger maintenance.
Prepare financial reports and account reconciliations.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Financial Reporting
Prepare financial statements and management reports.
Ensure accuracy of accounting entries and supporting documentation.
Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies.
Software & Systems
Work with accounting software such as:
QuickBooks Online (QBO)
Xero
MS Office Applications
Utilize tax and accounting software where applicable.
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain accounting records in compliance with company procedures.
Assist in audit and taxation-related activities.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Team Collaboration
Coordinate with senior accountants and clients.
Participate in training and process improvement initiatives.
Support accounting outsourcing and KPO operations.
