We are looking for a sincere, organized, and customer-focused Office Administrator / Customer Support Executive to manage customer communication, office documentation, quality checks, and product dispatch activities. Freshers with good communication and basic computer skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication
Handle incoming customer calls professionally and courteously.
Maintain excellent telephone etiquette while addressing customer inquiries.
Ensure timely communication and follow-up with customers when required.
Office Administration
Organize and maintain office documents, records, and registers.
Maintain proper filing systems and administrative documentation.
Support day-to-day office operations and coordination activities.
Quality & Dispatch Operations
Perform basic quality checks on products before dispatch.
Coordinate product dispatch activities and maintain dispatch records.
Ensure accurate documentation related to dispatch and inventory movement.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare reports and maintain operational records.
Assist in data entry and documentation activities.
Support management with administrative and reporting requirements.
