Optus Housing is seeking a professional, well-groomed, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to manage front office operations and provide exceptional visitor and administrative support. Key Responsibilities
Front Office Management
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
Maintain a positive and welcoming reception environment.
Ensure the reception area remains organized, clean, and presentable at all times.
Communication & Coordination
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Handle visitor inquiries and provide accurate information.
Coordinate communication between visitors, employees, and management.
Administrative Support
Maintain visitor logs and records.
Handle courier services, mail distribution, and office correspondence.
Manage office supplies and ensure adequate inventory levels.
Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks.
Meeting & Office Coordination
Schedule meetings and manage meeting room bookings.
Coordinate with HR and Administration teams for daily office operations.
Support front office activities and ensure smooth workflow.
