Job Type: Full-Time
Work Location: In Person
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist / Front Office Executive to manage front-desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and organizational skills, be customer-focused, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Visitor Management
Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner.
Manage reception activities and maintain a positive first impression of the organization.
Handle incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate departments.
Take messages accurately and ensure timely communication.
Communication & Correspondence
Respond to queries and complaints via phone, email, and general correspondence.
Receive, sort, distribute, and dispatch incoming and outgoing mail.
Coordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Administrative Support
Prepare vouchers and maintain office records.
Perform transcription, printing, photocopying, and faxing tasks.
Record and monitor office expenses.
Manage meeting room bookings and availability.
Travel & Event Coordination
Arrange travel bookings and related logistics.
Coordinate internal meetings, events, and external programs.
Office Management
Monitor and maintain office inventory, including stationery, equipment, and furniture.
Coordinate with maintenance staff, housekeeping, and service providers.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained in reception and office areas.
HR Support
Assist the HR team with recruitment, onboarding, and employee exit formalities.
Support administrative documentation related to employees.
