Field Executive / Service Technician

Job Location: Coimbatore (Peelamedu / Chinniyampalayam / Neelambur / Arasur)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 0 – 2 Years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic candidates to join as Field Executives / Service Technicians. The role involves field visits, customer support, basic technical assistance, and coordinating service-related activities. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Field Operations
Visit customer locations as assigned.
Perform installation, inspection, and service-related activities.
Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting.
Ensure timely completion of assigned field tasks.
Customer Support
Interact professionally with customers during field visits.
Address customer queries and provide service updates.
Maintain positive customer relationships.
Documentation & Reporting
Record daily service activities and field reports.
Maintain job completion records and service documentation.
Coordinate with supervisors regarding task status and updates.
Compliance & Safety
Follow company guidelines and safety procedures during field operations.
Ensure proper handling of tools and equipment.
Required Skills
Technical Skills
Basic Electrical/Mechanical knowledge (preferred).
Basic troubleshooting skills.
Ability to learn and operate service tools and equipment.

Must possess a valid Two-Wheeler Driving License.
