Engineering Graduate/Post-Graduate with knowledge of DevOps and DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, cloud technologies, and IT service management. Familiarity with Git, Python/Shell scripting, Linux environments, AWS services, and troubleshooting methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to work in cross-functional and distributed teams.

Responsibilities
Work closely with Product Owners and Technical Leads to understand business requirements and support digital transformation initiatives.
Support and maintain DevSecOps platforms ensuring high availability, scalability, security, and monitoring.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and recommend preventive measures.
Provide L2/L3 application and platform support for production environments.
Troubleshoot CI/CD pipeline issues, build failures, deployment problems, and configuration issues.
Manage incidents, service requests, and escalations through ServiceNow.
Monitor system health and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability and operational efficiency.
Follow standard operating procedures for issue management and escalation.
Support quality assurance activities and software release processes.
Qualifications
Engineering Graduate or Post-Graduate.
Basic understanding of DevOps and DevSecOps methodologies.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle and IT support processes.
Familiarity with cloud technologies and automation tools.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, Artifactory.
Exposure to AWS cloud services.
Knowledge of Splunk, Maven, NPM, Jira, and Confluence.
Understanding of CI/CD implementation and automation practices.
Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.
