Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator – Civil to support site operations and ensure effective coordination between management, site teams, vendors, and clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring project activities, maintaining documentation, coordinating procurement and logistics, and ensuring smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
Coordinate with project teams, site engineers, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders and monitor project activities.
Track project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Site Monitoring & Reporting
Maintain and monitor daily site reports and project status updates.
Track material movement and coordinate with site teams regarding requirements.
Update management regularly on project progress and operational activities.
Documentation & Administration
Assist in project documentation, approvals, and record maintenance.
Prepare project schedules, checklists, reports, and progress trackers.
Maintain communication records and project files accurately.
Vendor & Procurement Coordination
Follow up on vendor billing, purchase orders, and payment processes.
Coordinate procurement activities and logistics arrangements.
Support material planning and vendor communication to avoid project delays.
Project Support
Ensure timely completion of project-related tasks and activities.
Assist project managers and site teams in day-to-day coordination activities.
Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
Qualifications
Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering.
1–3 years of experience in construction coordination, site office administration, or project support roles.
Required Skills
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
Proficiency in:
MS Excel
MS Word
Basic computer applications
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
Time management and multitasking abilities.
Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
