Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
PMP Certification or equivalent certification preferred.
LEED Accreditation is an added advantage for sustainable construction projects.
Experience
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Construction Management.
Proven experience managing large-scale commercial or residential construction projects.
Demonstrated success in delivering projects from initiation to completion.
Salary

₹60,000 – ₹90,000 per month
(Negotiable for the right candidate)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, site execution, budget control, quality assurance, stakeholder communication, contract management, and team leadership while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Coordination
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to define project scope and objectives.
Review and approve project designs, drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Plan and procure materials, labor, and equipment required for project execution.
Ensure project milestones are achieved within established timelines.
Site Management & Supervision
Oversee day-to-day construction site activities.
Supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
Ensure compliance with local building regulations, zoning laws, and safety standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
Resolve construction-related issues and minimize project delays.
Budget & Cost Control
Prepare and manage project budgets.
Monitor project expenses and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.
Review and approve invoices, purchase orders, and contractor bills.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers and subcontractors.
Quality Assurance & Safety Management
Implement and enforce workplace safety standards and protocols.
Ensure construction quality meets project specifications and industry standards.
Conduct quality inspections at key stages of construction.
Promote environmental sustainability and best construction practices where applicable.
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
Provide regular project status updates, progress reports, and budget reviews.
Communicate project risks, issues, and mitigation plans effectively.
Contract Management & Compliance
Manage contracts, subcontractor agreements, and project documentation.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and statutory requirements.
Resolve contractual disputes and project-related issues.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and develop construction teams.
Manage subcontractor performance and vendor relationships.
Support recruitment and workforce planning activities.
Required Skills

Thorough knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
Expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.

Technical Skills
Proficiency in project management tools such as:
Procore
Buildertrend
MS Project
Knowledge of cost estimation and project scheduling software.
Strong reporting and documentation skills.
Working Conditions
Extensive time spent on active construction sites.
Exposure to outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.
Long working hours may be required based on project schedules.
Occasional travel may be required depending on project locations.
