Job Summary
TCS is looking for experienced SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (SF-ONB) Consultants to join its HR Transformation and SAP Practice team. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules, along with experience in implementation, support, change management, stakeholder engagement, and business process optimization.
The consultant will be responsible for delivering end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding solutions, ensuring smooth implementation, system optimization, user adoption, and alignment with organizational recruitment and onboarding objectives.
Key Responsibilities
SAP SuccessFactors Implementation & Support
Provide end-to-end support for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors applications based on business requirements and industry best practices.
Troubleshoot system issues and optimize application performance.
Support system upgrades, enhancements, and release management activities.
Business Process Analysis
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand recruitment and onboarding requirements.
Define, analyze, and document recruitment and onboarding business processes.
Ensure seamless integration between SuccessFactors modules and existing enterprise systems.
Requirement Gathering & Workshops
Lead requirement gathering workshops with business users and stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.
Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
Change Management & User Adoption
Participate in organizational change management initiatives related to digital transformation projects.
Support change agent programs and change management activities.
Facilitate smooth transition and adoption of new processes and systems.
Training & Documentation
Conduct end-user training sessions and knowledge transfer activities.
Create user guides, process documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
Ensure users are equipped to effectively utilize the SuccessFactors platform.
Project Management Support
Assist in project planning, effort estimation, and implementation activities.
Prepare project plans for upgrades and enhancement initiatives.
Demonstrate new features and functionalities to business users and stakeholders.
Monitor project deliverables and ensure timely completion of milestones.
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related disciplines.
Experience
5 to 14 years of overall IT experience.
Minimum 1 full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience.
OR
Experience in at least 2 SAP SuccessFactors support engagements.
Certification
Mandatory SAP SuccessFactors Certification in Recruiting modules.
