Job Summary

Vaanam Tech is seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Front End Developer with expertise in React Native to lead the mobile application development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building high-performance Android and iOS applications, leading development initiatives, and delivering scalable mobile solutions using modern technologies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Mobile Application Development
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native.
Build cross-platform applications for Android and iOS platforms.
Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and reliability.
Publish and maintain applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Front-End Leadership
Lead and mentor the front-end/mobile development team.
Participate in technical architecture discussions and solution design.
Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards and best practices.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA teams, and backend developers.
React Native Development
Utilize React Native and Redux to build scalable and maintainable applications.
Apply deep understanding of React Native core concepts and lifecycle management.
Implement reusable components and efficient state management solutions.
Optimize applications for performance and user experience.
API Integration & Backend Collaboration
Create, optimize, and integrate RESTful APIs.
Work closely with backend teams to ensure seamless application integration.
Handle data synchronization, offline storage, and network communication effectively.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Develop and maintain automated test suites using:
Jest
Detox
Appium
Ensure high code quality through testing, debugging, and continuous improvement.
DevOps & CI/CD
Implement and manage mobile CI/CD pipelines using:

Bitrise
GitHub Actions
Automate build, testing, and deployment processes.
Security & Performance
Implement mobile security best practices and data protection measures.
Optimize application performance and resource utilization.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and dependency conflicts.
Required Qualifications
Experience
Minimum 8 years of software development experience.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience with:
