Job Summary

Sudha Fertility Centre is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Female OP Staff Nurse to join its healthcare team. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing nursing support in the Outpatient Department (OPD), assisting doctors during consultations, monitoring patients, maintaining records, and ensuring a positive patient experience.

Both freshers and experienced nursing professionals are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Care
Provide nursing care and support to patients visiting the Outpatient Department (OPD).
Assess and monitor patient conditions, including vital signs when required.
Assist patients during consultations, examinations, and treatments.
Ensure patient comfort, safety, and satisfaction.
Clinical Support
Assist doctors during patient evaluations and fertility-related consultations.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Prepare patients for diagnostic tests and medical procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of consultation and treatment areas.
Documentation & Administration
Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
Update patient information and treatment details in hospital records.
Ensure confidentiality of patient information at all times.
Patient Education
Provide guidance regarding medications, follow-up appointments, and treatment plans.
Educate patients on health practices and fertility care instructions as directed by physicians.
Compliance & Safety
Follow infection prevention and control protocols.
Adhere to hospital policies, nursing standards, and patient safety guidelines.
Maintain professional ethics and quality standards in patient care.
Qualifications
ANM / GNM / B.Sc Nursing preferred.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Experience in OPD, fertility, gynecology, or hospital settings will be an added advantage.
