Job Summary

Dr. Aravinds IVF Fertility Pregnancy Centre is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join its healthcare team. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing quality nursing care to patients in both Outpatient (OP) and Inpatient (IP) departments, assisting doctors in patient management, administering treatments and medications, and ensuring a safe and supportive patient environment.

This role is ideal for nursing professionals who are passionate about women’s health, fertility care, and patient-centered healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Care
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in OP and IP departments.
Monitor patient vital signs and assess patient conditions regularly.
Assist in patient admission, treatment, observation, and discharge processes.
Ensure patient comfort, safety, and well-being throughout the course of treatment.
Clinical Support
Carry out prescribed treatments, procedures, and medication administration.
Assist doctors during consultations, examinations, and fertility-related procedures.
Observe patient responses to treatment and promptly report any abnormalities to the medical team.
Maintain readiness of nursing equipment and supplies.
Patient Education
Educate patients and family members regarding treatment plans, medications, and healthcare instructions.
Provide guidance on follow-up care and treatment compliance.
Support patients emotionally throughout their fertility treatment journey.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and nursing documentation.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical protocols, and patient safety standards.
Follow infection prevention and control measures at all times.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and medical records.
Team Collaboration
Collaborate effectively with doctors, embryologists, counselors, and other healthcare professionals.
Participate in multidisciplinary patient care and treatment planning.
Contribute to a positive and professional clinical environment.
Educational Qualification
ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife)
GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery)
B.Sc Nursing
Experience
0 to 2 years of nursing experience.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Experience in fertility, gynecology, maternity, or hospital settings will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
Strong patient-care and clinical nursing skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Basic knowledge of medication administration and patient monitoring.
