Position Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our fertility care team. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care, assist in fertility procedures, and support patients throughout their reproductive journey with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Clinical Support
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing fertility treatments.
Assist physicians during:
IVF retrievals
Embryo transfers
IUI procedures
Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures for complications.
Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
Collect and process patient samples according to clinic protocols.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Patient Education & Communication
Educate patients regarding:
Fertility treatments
Procedures
Medication protocols
Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families.
Communicate lab results and treatment updates sensitively and professionally.
Coordinate appointments and follow-up care.
Respond to patient inquiries through phone and in-person consultations.
Clinical Operations
Maintain sterile techniques and infection control standards.
Ensure proper handling and storage of medications and specimens.
Assist with quality control measures and equipment maintenance.
Participate in clinic meetings and continuous education programs.
Administrative Responsibilities
Coordinate with laboratory and administrative teams.
Ensure compliance with clinic policies and healthcare regulations.
Required Qualifications
Education & Certification
B.Sc Nursing or Diploma in Nursing
Current Karnataka Nursing Council Registration
Valid Karnataka Nursing License
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of nursing experience.
Experience in:
Women’s health
Obstetrics
Fertility care (preferred)
Knowledge of fertility medications and reproductive treatment protocols is an advantage.
Technical Skills
Knowledge of EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems.
Understanding of laboratory procedures and specimen handling.
Ability to operate medical equipment and monitoring devices.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with clinic management software.
