Minimum 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Development.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to:
Design
Develop
Implement complex business requirements
Experience in creating reports and dashboards for executive stakeholders with varying levels of technical and quantitative understanding.
Strong customer-service mindset with proactive business support capabilities.
Role Responsibilities
Develop and customize Salesforce CPQ and CRM solutions.
Work on Salesforce development using:
APEX
LWC
Support business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design and implement scalable Salesforce functionalities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Provide proactive support to improve business outcomes.
Prepare reports and analytical insights for management and business teams.
Preferred Qualities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in collaborative environments.
Good understanding of Salesforce best practices and architecture.
