Accountant – Zoho & GST Filing
Job Overview
We are immediately hiring an experienced Accountant with hands-on knowledge of day-to-day accounting operations, Zoho accounting software, and GST filing processes. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing company accounts and financial documentation.

Position: Accountant
Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: Sundarar Street, Vilankuruchi Road, Opposite Indian Ayurvedic Hospital, Coimbatore
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Work Mode: In-person
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting operations.
Manage:
Invoicing
Purchase Entries
Expense Entries
Credit Notes
Debit Notes
Prepare and file GST returns.
Perform:
Bank Reconciliation
Customer Payment Follow-ups
Generate:
E-way Bills
Delivery Challans
Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
Use accounting software effectively, preferably:
Zoho Books / Zoho Accounting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
Experience Required
Minimum 1 Year Experience in:
Accounting
Company Accounts Management
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of:
GST Filing
Accounting Processes
Reconciliation
Billing
Proficiency in:
Zoho Accounting Software (Preferred)
Computer Operations
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
