Night Shift: 9 PM – 6 AM

Key Responsibilities
Review medical charts and assign:
ICD-10-CM codes
CPT codes
HCPCS codes
Ensure HIPAA and payer compliance
Coordinate with physicians for documentation clarification
Handle coding denials and audit requests
Support revenue cycle improvement initiatives
Stay updated on coding regulations and industry standards
Required Skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Good communication skills
Knowledge of:
Anatomy
Physiology
Medical terminology
Ability to work in fast-paced healthcare environments
Qualifications
Life science-related degree mandatory
Certifications required:
CPC
CCS
or equivalent
Prior coding experience required:
Inpatient
Outpatient
Specialty coding
