Senior Architectural Draughtsman
Location: Sewri
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 6–10 years
Key Responsibilities
Prepare working drawings, sections, elevations, joinery details, and GFC drawings
Coordinate with MEP, structural, landscape, and interior teams
Develop detailed construction documentation
Review drawings for compliance and accuracy
Maintain revision logs and project documentation
Assist architects in technical coordination and design development
Ensure compliance with DCR/UDCPR and local by-laws
Required Skills
Strong AutoCAD expertise
Knowledge of SketchUp or Revit
Understanding of building construction and detailing
Ability to coordinate structural and MEP drawings
Strong attention to detail
Preferred Skills
Experience in large-scale residential/commercial projects
Ability to work independently
Good communication and teamwork skills
Qualification
Diploma in Architecture / ITI / Related qualification
